Intending to keep the link with literature, the idea for “The Flowers of Saramago” arose from reading the author's poems. The contrast between the harshness of Saramago's words and the subtlety of the flowers that so often populate his symbolic world, recalled the technical detail of handmade jewelry as opposed to the durability of the materials it uses, setting the tone for this tribute to Saramago's poetry. From four poems, 12 unique pieces in 925 silver were designed and manufactured.

Pretendendo manter a ligação à literatura, a ideia para “As Flores de Saramago” partiu da leitura dos poemas do autor. O contraste entre a aspereza das palavras de Saramago e a subtileza das flores que tantas vezes povoam o seu mundo simbólico, relembrou a minúcia técnica da joalharia por oposição à durabilidade dos materiais que utiliza, dando o mote para esta homenagem à poesia saramaguiana.

A partir de quatro poemas, foram concebidas e manufacturadas 12 peças únicas em prata 925.
